"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 38: (Cracked milk cheese / Needles)
Assalamu Alaikum!!!
I hope that you all are doing well and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah, and I will share one very delicious recipe with you. I always like the combination of these two, I like sweets a lot, so I always try something sweet and even today I will share with you guys that if something goes wrong, its How can we use it correctly so let's move on then we'll move on to the recipe but before we move on to the recipe I'll tell you what I'm going to make today. I am very thankful to @lirvic for organizing this contest
So, first of all, we will take another vessel and in the vessel, I have put the cracked milk and placed it in the stove on a light inch and the same way we heat the May milk in the same way. I will heat it and cook it well and we will now grind the jaggery in it but we must remember that it cooks well it is cracked and then mam After we have cooked the milk, we will grind the jaggery well
so that it melts easily and after that we will add the jaggery and keep stirring it continuously. The thing is that we have to keep stirring it so that it doesn't stick to the bottom and so we're going to keep stirring it when I get it and until it's dry. When the milk is dry, then we will see what respect we want to make it, that is, we want to make it harder or keep it soft, it will be our choice and you will check it sweetly If you feel that beta is low before we dry it, you can add a little jaggery and mix it.
And now let's move on to the second recipe which is a combination of these. I will add ghee and when it gets hot, I will put soya in it. And we have to pour our water as we wish and we have to make it happy as long as we want to keep the water and then when it has become the water according to our choice,
we will put needles in it and When it becomes soft, we will add sugar in it. It doesn't take much time for sugar to mix. We will add the needles and after we add sugar, they are ready. It is our choice. How dry do we want to keep it and how thick do we want to keep it
