I hope you all are well and I am also Alhamdulillah I am well and today I am going to share my very delicious recipe with you guys I like this recipe very much because it is a homemade recipe. And everything is prepared at home, by the way, this thing is available in the market, but I want to tell you that this is a recipe that most of us make at home and I must share it with you. First of all I will tell you the required things

  • POTATO

First of all, let me tell you that today I am going to make the recipe for aloo pakodias, I like them very much and we always make aloo pakodas at home. and after we make flour we use it as our recipe because it is very delicious to make at home and it is made from empty besan so we like to make it from home. If you order it from outside the market, it contains a lot of salt and we also have BP patients in our house, so we don't use what is bought from outside, and at home we use everything poured. So we make it ourselves

So first of all let me tell you people that we put ghee in a separate pot and fry them well. This is a very easy method of frying. After we have made pakoris of gram flour, we have to take some ghee in a separate vessel and put it in the ghee and keep it like that for a while. By flipping it, it will fry well and thus our dumplings can be fried well in a short time

After frying it we will take another vessel and add this in it we will add onion and after adding onion we will add ground spices which are ginger garlic and green chillies. Also if you want to use any spices then you can do it also if you guys use different spices to make it delicious then it will become more delicious then you Put tomatoes in it, because if we put tomatoes first, it will rot quickly, and after that we will use other ingredients like green chilies, red chilies, salt and cumin seeds, and if we add spices like this. It will become even more delicious

Well, we will fry it well and we will fry it with its water house so that it will be fried well and then we will put our aloo in it. We will fry it well for a while so that these aloos don't get cooked and when we think that these aloos are cooked a little bit, then we will add the fried dumplings that we have all prepared. We fried it separately before, so we will fry it in this way and we will cook it inside it and start roasting it well

And when we think that it is well done, then we will add water to it and cook it well. We will add water because it is curry. We will make broth from it and after we make broth we will cook it well, when the water starts to boil we will know that it is well cooked and we will cook it well and So I would like to show you its final look
