My country Bangladesh is an agricultural country where many types of crops are produced. The soil of my country is very fertile and important for the production of different crops depending on the region. Today I am writing this article about the economic value of the main products produced in my country and the taste and acceptability of those products as food.
In my country many crops and fruits are produced according to season. The main staple of our country is rice which comes to my plate as edible. Rice can be used to make flour, rice, bran and many other foods. Wheat, maize, oilseeds are produced. We regularly use these crops as basic products in our country.
The market value of these products is not very high and is limited to the purchasing power of everyone.
Seasonal Crops: The soil of Bangladesh is very fertile from which many crops are available. Similarly, many fruits of Bangladesh are available during summer. Which is rich in juice and nutrients. We export this fruit to meet the needs of the country, from which we benefit economically and play a role in the supply of foreign currency. These fruits mainly include: mango, kathal, litchi, guava, etc.
We are not only rich in soil fertility, our country is a riverine country, our rivers have the best tasting fish in the world and the national fish of Bangladesh is Hilsa. The hilsa fish of our country has the best taste and the market price is very high from which we can be economically self-sufficient. This fish is a favorite fish of our country. Many other fishes are available from the river which play a role in bringing economic prosperity in foreign and domestic markets.
Bangladesh is moving ahead in the production of spices, producing onion, garlic, ginger, chili, turmeric and other spices which are very important ingredients to enhance the taste of food. The market price of this masala is good.
