Assalamualaikum

Greetings everyone! How are you all? Hopefully you all are fine and well with the blessings of Allah Almighty. This is my participation post in Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 Week 5. I am happy to take part in the amazing contest of Steem Iron Chef community's Contest Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 Week 5 - ''Steemit Engagement Challenge, S9W5: "Perfect Menu From Home".."So, without wasting time , let's get started !

Why did I choose this menu and how often do i enjoy it at Home ?

For human digestive system it's necessary to intake a specific portion of calories , carbohydrates , lipids , proteins and other vitamins. For this we prepared food from animal. Because we can't produce our food. We have to take this food from environment for our mental and physical Growth. From.blood circulation to digestion system , food is important. So it's depend on the choice of Food what we are going to eat.

For healthy life , there must be Healthy menus. But we are part of specific cultures there are some traditional food that sometimes not good for our health but we are addict of these foods. Even that are included in Favourite list of our menu. Hahhaha so I'm choosing Prahta with fried egg 🍳 and a cup of tea for breakfast. Special Biryani with energy drink like mint Margareta for lunch. After that it's snack time and fruit time. Hhahaha . In dinner , we eat beef or mutton, chicken with simple Roti and special Qehva.

The menu from home that I have chooses it's nutritional. Being a girl, I always try to serve best food to my family. I always help my mother in kitchen.

Menu for breakfast

For breakfast after drinking a glass of water, as an appetizer I always prepare fresh fruit such as watermelon and apple. I summer we drink Milk shakes or some times fresh fruits juice to activate our metabolism. After that we took a Prahta with fried egg. A cup of tea is also essential to boost up ourselves. Out daily routine in Pakistan is very tough. So we have to take a healthy and full of nutrious breakfast.

Sometime we take Juice and sometime we take team in breakfast menu.

Menu for Lunch

For the lunch menu, My mother usually serve white rice with Chicken Quorma. And some time mother serve Macroni. Most of the time we eat special food of our area. And Signature Pasta is my favourite lunch. Without biryani there is no lunch for us. We are biryani lovers.

Being a student , when my energy level downs I see myself with some calories that make me active. At this time I have light snake. Like Lazz , or a chocho cake.

At nigh we have a delecious and full of nutritious dinner. We take choco juices and highly protein chicken beef and mutton for dinner. Here I'm going to share my dinner menu.

Dinner with Chicken Steaks

Highlight the main ingredients and benefits that it provides at a nutritional level?

The fruits that I and my family take every morning are beneficial for our good health. In fruit there are vitamins, antioxidants that keeps our body fit. A glass of water is very necessary because our maximum body is made up of water. While rice, bread and Chicken , meet all are source of carbohydrates and proteins which function as a source of energy and give energy for us for daily life activities.

The chicken and eggs that we consumes are a good source of protein and they also repair our tissues. Milk or milk shakes that we consumes in a day that are essential for our bones. And watermelon is best fruit for summer . It's help us for stomach , liver and also make strong our cells.

Give us an approximate cost of it in Steem.

Yes , it's almost cost 2000 to 2500 PKR from dawn to dusk. In Steems it's 35 to 44 Steems.
