Hello everyone On this occasion I will participate in a contest held by @suboohi about "One Picture And One Story Week #71" here is my entry

That morning, the city sky was cloudy. Under the flyover, the sound of vehicles roaring each other, complementing the rhythm of morning life. On it, a young man stood, holding an old camera attentively. Arif smiled slightly. This flyover was his favorite place, not only because of the open view of the city, but also because of its roof that protected him from the rain.

He focused his lens towards the street. Down there, motorcyclists stopped to put on raincoats, school children took shelter under large umbrellas, and a corn-on-the-cob seller struggled to cover his wares so they wouldn't get wet. Arif photographed everything, recording a small story of life that took place even though the weather was unfriendly.

However, something caught his attention. On the corner of the street, a small child was standing alone under the drizzle. Her clothes were soaked, and she was hugging a bunch of roses tightly. Her face radiated confusion, as if waiting for someone who had not yet arrived.

Without thinking, Arif went down the bridge stairs. With quick steps, he approached the child. "Hey, why are you here alone?" he asked softly.

The child turned, his eyes full of hope. "I'm waiting for my brother. He said he would pick me up after selling these flowers, but the rain was too heavy."

Arif felt sorry. He took off his jacket and covered the small body. "Come on, let's find shelter. Later we'll look for your brother together."

After taking the child to the nearest shop, they waited until the rain stopped. Not long after, a teenage boy came hurriedly, his face full of anxiety. "Rahmi! I'm sorry, my sales took a long time to sell out!"

Rahmi smiled broadly and jumped into her brother's arms. Arif was relieved to see the two of them reunited. Before leaving, he gave some money to the brother. "This is for you guys. Don't let Rahmi get caught in the rain again, okay?"

That day, Arif returned to the overpass, but not to take pictures. He reflected, realizing that behind his camera lens, there were so many life stories that could be touched, not just immortalized.
