What is my Topic Today?

As aalia rubab share a contest today my topic is about traditional food my favorite traditional food is Kheer so let's describe about my traditional food.

KHEER

Kheer is known as payasam,
It is also known as kheersham. It is a sweet dish. It is a wet pudding popular in the Pakistan. It is usually made by boiling milk, sugar and rice.

Ingredients

bulgur wheat, Cereals , vermicelli, or sweet corn. It is typically flavoured with desiccated coconut

• cardamom
• raisins
• saffron
• cashews, pistachios
• almonds,
  or other dry fruits and nuts, and recently pseudograins are also gaining popularity.

Taste & Flavour

It is so sweet much delicious and very nice. And my mother's hands have a Incredible taste. She makes and bakes everything very good.

Is Kheer is traditional ?

Yes, off course. Kheer is a traditional food which is generally baked on different occasions in Pakistan.

On, Which occasions Kheer is made?

Kheer is generally made on Eid in pakistan. On and for any happy event, like birthday, Anniversary, Eid, on passing examination and on any other occasion.

What is my all time favorite food and why?

Kheer is my all time favorite traditional food because it so sweet and delicious and when I eat it. I am love in it.
