Greetings from my side!! This contest has been launched by @azmat545. In this contest, I need to share difference between business and jobs. So let's write this post.
What Is The Difference Between Own Business And Job |

Both are best way to earn money respectively if you are at good level. Many people like to do own business where some people want to do Jobs. Choices are different according to people's thinking and situation. According to me there are 2 major difference between business and jobs :
• Main difference between business and job is that in business you are boss to make decisions where in job you need to follow other people's instructions.
• In business, there is possible to fly in open sky means you can earn huge money where in job you will get fix salary.

• If you are in business so first advantage is that you are decisions maker and you need not to follow other people's advice. You are only boss.
• There are huge opportunity to earn money because sky is open and it depend on your abilities that how much you can fly in open sky.
• You get advantage of work flexibility means if you want to go somewhere which is important then you can go, you need not to take permission of others.

✓ According to me Job gives fixed income so you can make your budget and run your expenses according to that where in business, there is no surety of income, it can be low or high so in this case you can not make perfect budget.
✓ Job gives you fixed time and weekend so you can finish your pending work after job time as well as you can make plan for trip also where in business, there is no fix time, no weekend so it always make me irritate as I am doing business.
✓ In job, you can update and upgrade your self because you are dealing with educated people and many skill you can learn which helps you to improve your career & personality.
✓ In jobs, Many companies provide retirement plan or health insurance which is extra benefit because you need not to pay premium from your pocket.

✓ According to me Job is much better. I always wanted to do job but I could not do that and force fully I indulged in business. Now I am facing many problems as business man
✓ I don't have time to finish my pending work neither have time to go out side or for a trip.
✓ There are huge headache in business because after a lot investment, if there are no customers in market so what to do? This time online companies are killing offline market so if is huge problem.
✓ Income are not fixed so I never make any fixed investment plan because I don't know in coming months I can take out this investment from my earnings or not.
✓ There are alot of paper work including GST , Income tax, House Tax, Water Tax etc which always bully in mind.

I love to do job but this dream remained but I am happy that I got a work in Steemit and when I have time in shop, I start to write in Steemit and it feels I am working in corporate office and I am learning also and connected to all over world. That's why I love Steemit.

Umh... As a business owner, I can tell you that having your own business is also a job.
It takes a lot of time, dedication, and hard work to run a successful business. Best of all, as a business owner, you stand last in line when it comes to receiving some sort of remuneration.
