What do you understand by the word Hospital?

In my understanding, the word hospital is a medical facility that offers treatment to patients. Many services can be rendered in a hospital for example they do not only treat patients and leave them to go home feeling depressed.

But they also render help to the patients by giving them guidance and counseling especially the HIV/AIDS patients and those feeling depressed or mentally ill, which is mostly done in the hospital at a department called adherence unit.

List and explain 4 things we can find in the hospital.

Many different things can be found in the hospital, although I spend most of my time at the laboratory we usually go to other different units at the hospital to take samples for investigation

So I usually see some things in different units for example the theater, female ward, children's ward, GOPD (General Outpatient Department), male ward, and many other different units at the hospital.

Things that can be found in the hospital include

• A hospital bed is something that everyone is familiar with, it is used for patients who are been administered in the hospital.

• centrifuge is a machine that is used to spin blood in the laboratory in other to carry out a PCV (packed cell volume) test

• A microscope is also a laboratory equipment which is usually used to view micro-organisms

• Syringes are medical devices that are used to administer medication to patients.

When last did you go to the hospital and why?

The last time I went to the hospital was yesterday 🥹the reason is that I am working as an IT (industrial training) student at the laboratory which is in a hospital, so the hospital is where I spend almost all my day🥺

I only have Saturdays and Sundays to stay at home and also to do some laundry and relax from all the stress of work, sometimes including the Saturday that I'm supposed to rest we would still be asked to come for night duty😔 so the hospital is where I always go to every day.

If all the steemians were doctors which steemian would you love to be your family doctor?

If all the Steemians were doctors it would have been great, and if I were to choose a Steemian to be my family doctor then that person or that Steemian doctor would be @saintkelvin17

The reason why I would love to choose saintkelvin17 is that he is a very kind and honest person, even though we have never met each other he is very kind towards me and many other Steemians.

saintkelvin17 is very loyal and always ready to lend a helping hand to any Steemian and that is the reason why I would love saintkelvin17 to be my family doctor because he would always try his best to help in any way he can.
