August: My View, Myself Wk37

I feel so delighted for today even if I have been studying and pressing phone all day. Am just excited I have a peace of mind. This contest about August something I don't want to miss at all. Alot of things really occured last month and I will be talking about some of them in this contest, I thank @saintkelvin17 for hosting this kind of contest again.
What do you understand by the word August? |

August is the 8th month of the year, a very significant month in which more things take place especially in my country Nigeria whereby August is a full holiday for children in primary and secondary schools and when I say alot of things happens in that month am talking about the numerous activities people on holidays engage in, you know as the students gets holiday so as their teachers. Rainy season falls under this month as well and it is a month people use to learn alot of skills.
Tell us a brief story of what you experienced in August |

I started my August with a football tournament, we won our first match in July and also played the second leg at the beginning of August. We were so tensed about the second leg because our opponents are very bigger than us and one of the reasons we won them during the first leg is because they underestimated us. My friends and I began to train harder till the second leg match came and we played with so much passion and ended up winning the match, we were so happy and joyous.
We qualified for quarter final but we were unlucky that day as we got an amateur referee who wasn't putting his eyes all over the field, we were supposed to get two penalties that day and we lost the match, this was how we were disqualified from the tournament. I was very sad and couldn't hear to lose, we made an appeal to the officials that we were robbed by they didn't give us a second chance.
I decided to forget about it and focus more on steemit and airdrops. Dogs airdrop finally paid and I really got excited because I nearly missed it as I didn't take it serious in the beginning but I was lucky to rush back to it before it ended few days later. That was the first time I got money from airdrops and am still active on other ones. I also registered for my final exams to get an admission to the university, the exam is starting next week.

August was totally good to me even though my church team didn't win the tournament. I was so excited when I got money from dogs airdrop, you need to see the joy in my face that moment I received my money in my account after my friend helped me to convert the coin. I have been doing other airdrops but I haven't gotten money from them but dogs surprised alot of people especially Nigerians, there's no tapping in the airdrop, no farming as well but it paid us money, this airdrop didn't take much of my time and data but I successfully got small amount of money from it.
What are your plans for September 2024? |

Ofcourse I must have a plan for every month. September has already started and I want to ensure that I achieve alot of things this month, more than 3 airdrops will be listing this month and I hope to successfully get money from 2 at least, I intend to take airdrops very serious, alot of things are happening in the airdrops world these days, people are making millions from just tapping and farming and I want to achieve that too.
I intend to study very hard for my exam just the way have been doing since, I really need to pass this exam. I wrote the exams this year and I passed all of them so the remaining one is Post UTME while I will be writing next week. After my exams I will put more of my time to steemit. September will definitely be better than August as I can clearly feel it.
