How are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and are spending Eid days very well with your families today I am ready to participate in a wonderful recipe contest and first of all, I want to thank @artist1111 who organized such a beautiful contest among us. Today I am going to show here our beef roast recipe on the occasion of Eid-ul-AzhaThe main attraction of this Eid is this beef recipe every person tries to cook beef in a very tasty style today I will mention this contest of my whole cooking proses preparation hope you all will like it but let's start.

Eid means happiness Eid means joy We all more or less understand the meaning of the word Eid-ul-Azha Eid we consider meat-centric because on this Eid we sacrifice any animal like cows and goats and after these animals we sacrifice their meat in different styles. Can cook and every person cooks meat in different ways according to their taste traditional and habitual styleThis Eid I have also cooked beef in my style and cooking this beef is my first choice for Eid because people will not eat anything else but all people will like to eat meat because the main attraction of this Eid is towards beef so I am cooking. I think this recipe is the first choice after eating this beef.

Today I have cooked beef and I have tried to cook it a lot in roast style because during Eid eating beef roast with hot rice or poleward is delicious also on the occasion of guests coming to our house I have cooked more beef and everyone Served and my hand cooking is loved by all my guests along with my family, especially this Qurbani beef roast is very tasty and the Qurbani meat is very good. The taste seems to be too much and during other times of the year, buying and cooking beef doesn't taste the same as cooking Qurbani meat because I think Qurbani meat has a different flavour than we get at this time, so it's very tasty. And this beef is cooked during Eid and the guests come and all praise my cooking because they also like this roast beef very much.

Earlier I always liked this kind of recipe at my mother's house and now during Eid, I invite my parents and bring them to my house and I cook and feed them myself although my cooking is not as good as my mother's it is very good but I try. I try to cook very well and I don't know why my cooking taste increases during Qurbani but I try to cook from my heart and I want to. To cook like my mother because I grew up eating my mother's hand cooking and that taste still lingers in my mouth so I have a desire to cook like her and I am trying to hope that slowly my cooking and my mother's level will go.
