Introduction to Eid al-Adha
Eid-ul-Adha is also a holy day like Eid-ul-Fitr, which is celebrated every year around the world by making sacrifices. Eid al-Adha is also known as Bakra Eid and is the second most important festival of Islam.
The beauty of Islamic festivals is that there is a lesson behind every festival. The entire month of Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, is a reward for controlling our selfish desires and it teaches us to include our poor brothers and sisters in our happiness, while Eid-ul-Zahi is a day to commemorate the self-sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him). After receiving the order from Allah Almighty to sacrifice his young son, it appeared in the form of complete willingness to comply with this order.
Sacrificial procedure in the village
I live in a village and in the village Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated with great enthusiasm. First of all, all men go to the mosque to offer Eid prayers. Eid prayer is offered at 6 am. After that, everyone goes to their homes and slaughters their Eid animals.
We sacrificed a cow

Sacrifice a cow

We sacrificed a cow this time. I made some pictures of cow which I would like to show you all. We took this cow together, two parts belonged to my father, two parts belonged to my uncle, two parts belonged to my maternal uncle and one part belonged to my grandfather. The sacrificial animal is slaughtered in our house. Every year, meat harvesting is also done in the yard of our house. Because everyone is from the same house, it is a great time.
Slaughter of the cow and the process of cutting the meat

The cow was slaughtered by my uncle. All the children were also standing together. After that, the skin of the cow was removed and the process of cutting its meat began. You can see in the pictures how the meat is cut. Children are also participating in meat harvesting. In our village, everyone cuts the meat themselves, no butcher comes. During meat harvesting, we take three kilos of meat to cook at home
Whatever is cooked on the day of Eid

Cooking All this dishs

On the day of Eid, I first cut the meat into small pieces because the smaller the beef is, the better it will digest and the less time it will take. I cut the meat and put it on the stove to rot. When the meat was rotted, then I prepared the spices because I wanted to make Kabuli Pulau.

When the masala is ready, add water to it and add rice to it. You can see how delicious Kabuli pulao is ready. I also prepared beef curry. Also prepared salad and Rita. What is the matter of the dishes on the day of Eid? Not much is eaten due to high heat

A very Happy Eid Mubarak to you and to your family.

I love you Eid blog. As you mentioned people celebrate Eid with full enthusiasm . I am 100% agree with your statement. People in village are too much emotionally attach with such things. It's the only way of happiness and celebration for them.

Eid UL Adha is our religious festival and Muslim celebrate it with full zeal around the world. You have perfectly describe the background and details of it. I am pretty sure non Muslim can understand the phenomena of Eid now by reading your blog.

Once again a very pleasant and joyous Eid Mubarak ♥️
