Teeth clinching cause?

All of us humans are filled with many emotions, and one of them is anger. Excessive anger also gives rise to frustration and disappointment. And when we are extremely angry, and are frustrated about not being able to do any work, or fail to make a situation favourable to us.

Then we are unable to control our emotions and express our frustration, anger or frustration by clenching our teeth. But most of the people who do this are hasty and short tempered, who expect quick results of any work. And in case of this not happening, they become extremely emotional and go into a state of anger.

And then, being unable to control that situation or not being able to make that situation favourable to them, they vent their anger on themselves and express their frustration by grinding their teeth. It mostly affects those people who have nervous tension, such as anger, pain or frustration. It affects only those people who are aggressive, hasty or highly competitive.

Muscle cramps can be caused by what?

Our body is made up of muscles, if these muscles are used normally, they are fine, but if these muscles have to go through more than normal work or exercise, then they start getting strained, which we commonly call headache, body ache, leg pain. Sometimes lack of water in the body can also cause muscle cramps in our body.

We cannot remain careful throughout the day and sometimes our wrong posture also causes muscle strain. To avoid muscle strain, we should consume as much water as possible, and beverages containing electrolytes, coconut water, provide us relief from muscle strain. Many players and people who exercise take specially prepared sports drinks, so that they can avoid muscle strain.

Fruit rich of iron are?

Dates, figs, dried apricots and dried peaches, avocado, strawberries, pomegranate ,watermelon, raisins are fruits rich in iron. And the king of fruits, mango, also contains iron in abundance. Actually, iron makes the red blood cells present in our body.

Iron is a mineral that the body uses to make hemoglobin, which is a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout our body, and this oxygen is the life of our body. That is why we should keep consuming iron-rich fruits.
