Thanks for sharing the recipe and the story behind making a great dessert like Falooda. Cold Falooda is really a great relief in this summer heat. The wisdom of choosing Falooda as a medium for children to eat fruits is quite effective. Many times, children do not want to eat fruits directly, but when it is served colorfully with noodles, sabudana, custard, and ice cream, they eat it with joy. Due to this strategy of yours, children are getting the nutrition of fruits, as well as eating one of their favorite foods. I have tried Falooda at home so far, but after seeing your recipe, I feel like I will try it at home, InshaAllah. The fact that you mentioned in the last part of the recipe about having eggs, milk, bananas, dates, and green vegetables in your daily diet is very important.
