What made me decide to pursue a career in standup comedy ? Life itself, that is! Being a housewife and mother is an endless comedy show. New stories emerge every day, ranging from my daughter's funny antics to the never-ending housework that seems to have an agenda of its own. Comedy makes these mundane circumstances funnier and less stressful by helping me see the humor in them. It's similar to counseling, except more enjoyable!
There are numerous advantages to watching comedies in one's daily life. It enhances mood , reduces stress and promotes general wellbeing . Laughing at a clever insight or a funny joke may quickly improve your mood and make even the most boring jobs more pleasant. Additionally, it develops a sense of connection with others and fortifies social ties. Comedy serves as a helpful reminder to laugh at ourselves and accept the absurdity of life in a world where we frequently take ourselves too seriously.

Let's move on to my top stand-up comedians ! Not just for his classic sitcom "Seinfeld" but also for his astute observational wit , Jerry Seinfeld is at the top of my list . He has a talent for taking mundane occurrences and turning them into something funny and relatable . Kevin Hart is one of my other favorite people. His exuberant displays and contagious passion never fail to make me laugh. It is incredibly inspirational how he can share amusing personal experiences and laugh at his own shortcomings.
Image made by CanvaOne experience I will never forget was going to a live stand-up comedy in Bangladesh by " Naveed" show with my spouse. The comedian's witty observations on marriage, parenthood, and daily living left everyone in stitches. The evening was amazing since it was full of shared moments and laughing. Comedy shows whether they are live or on the internet always bring people together and make enduring memories .

Let me now relate a funny story from my personal life that might work really well as a stand-up act. Imagine this: While I'm feeding my daughter, she feels that this is the ideal opportunity to play "catch the spoon" with her food. She naps just as soon as I believe I've got her settled. The true test, however, starts as soon as she falls asleep and requires you to move through the home like a ninja while attempting to avoid making any noise or wake her. Every time she stirs, I have to hold my breath, avoid noisy flooring, and tiptoe around furniture in a hilarious dance. It's back to square one after one miscalculated move! These typical instances of mayhem and laughter are what make being a housewife and mother such a fun experience.
In summary, stand-up comedy is a way of life for me, not merely a kind of entertainment. It enables me to connect with others, find comedy in the midst of turmoil, and cheerfully negotiate the ups and downs of parenthood and housework. So let's embrace the wonderful world of stand-up comedy and discover happiness in the small things in life! Salutations!
