We wish to take steemit to the world, especially young people at least get them engaged, that way reduce the effects of unemployment in our society.

It is wonderful what you guys want to do. Unemployment among the youth is also very high in my country. Yet, it seems like the youth is in their comfort zone.
You've got some great Steemit leaders in your country therefor my advice would be to consult with one of them regarding the way forward.
