One second is the time it takes for a cesium-133 atom to vibrate 919,26,31,770 times at near-zero temperatures. This is the definition of second in physics. It is difficult to estimate a second, we cannot understand even 1 minute in our daily work. One second is a very short time. But if you calculate it will be seen that there are many seconds in a year.

Mathematically we know, 60 seconds = 1 minute.
60 minutes = 1 hour (1 hour = 60 seconds * 60 minutes = 3600 seconds)
24 hours = 1 day (1 day = 3600 seconds * 24 hours = 86400 seconds)
365 days = 1 year (1 year = 86400 seconds * 365 days = 31536000 seconds)

1 year is 31536000 seconds.

Below is my age calculated in seconds.
My date of birth is 2-08.1996 and I count yesterday till 20-8-2024. If I subtract my date of birth 02-08-1996 from yesterday 20-08-2024, I will get my age.

After every 4 years there is a leap year and during a leap year it is effective as 366 days, so the calculation will be done according to leap year.

= 1463 weeks 5 days
= 10,246 days
= 245,904 hours
= 14,754,240 minutes
= 885,254,400 seconds
