Healthiest oil for cooking?

Cooking oil has different nutritional properties especially fats which are beneficial for health.
Healthy oils are high in unsaturated fats.

There are many healthy oils such as olive oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, groundnut oil, etc. I will discuss olive oil below.

First of all, in my opinion, the healthiest oil for cooking is olive oil. This oil is very safe for cooking. Moreover, this oil can be used in all kinds of food, cold or hot. This oil contains unsaturated fats and vitamin E. Which prevents our insulin and acts as an antioxidant due to vitamin E. As a result helps us fight against many diseases or illnesses.

Most sweetest fruit?

There are many opinions about which fruit is the sweetest, but I find mango, dates, lychee, grapes sweeter among them.

But dates are sweeter among them. Dates are my favorite fruit. Which contains a large amount of fiber, beneficial oils, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorus, copper, and various minerals. Dates also contain beneficial vitamins. So eating 3-4 dates every morning gives great benefits to the body.

The benefits of dates are endless. Eating dates every day improves eyesight, reduces heart problems, reduces cholesterol levels, relieves stomach ailments, and relieves allergies. Moreover, eating this fruit increases beneficial bacteria in the body.

Fruit rich of potassium?

Potassium is a mineral in the body, this potassium helps to lower our blood pressure if for some reason the body retains water then potassium is very important to release that water.

Generally, an adult should consume 3000-3500 mg of potassium per day. Among the potassium fruits, bananas, avocados, oranges, pomegranates, grapes, canned water, dates, watermelons, sweet pumpkins, etc. are among others.

Pomegranate contains the most potassium among fruits. And the second is art. Pain contains varying amounts of potassium. One currant contains about 666 mg of potassium. Pomegranate contains vitamin C and vitamin K, protein that is full of natural carbohydrates and fiber.
