I love current technology and digital life. The current time is the time of technology and digital. In the present time, one cannot go without these two. Age. You have to go along with it.

• One has to rely on technology to keep in touch with each other. If you want to work, you have to use technology.

• Even if you go from one area to another area, you have to use technology.
• You will travel abroad; you have to take the help of technology.
• After all, we cannot move without the use of technology at every step.
  I can't go beyond these either. So, I love technology and digital life.

I am working in a private company. My job is to prepare monthly inventory reports and check the production costs. For this work, I have to depend completely on the computer. Without a computer, this work is not possible for me.

Through this, I can give any information very easily to my superiors. I can. I have to send various reports related to my work to my boss. I give reports to the bosses through email. Also, I keep in touch with my colleagues on WhatsApp. In general, I have to be digitally connected all the time.

I work on digital media when I get home. The media is Steemit. Here it is not possible to work without the help of a smartphone or a computer. So, I have to be digitally connected at home.

Digital media has many advantages as well as disadvantages. I describe the pros and cons of using digital devices.

• This device is required to run the job.

• There is no way to keep up with the current era without being digitally connected.

• Disadvantages: -
  Although there are many benefits of using digital devices, there are also disadvantages.
  Although there are many benefits of using digital devices, its disadvantages are also not less. By using these devices, we have to face various physical problems. For example: -

• Waist pain:-
  Sitting for long hours has caused problems in my back pain. I can't sit for long periods of time now. Also, I work online and it's a sitting job. Due to this, my back pain has worsened.

  As a result of looking at the computer monitor or smartphone screen for a long time, the eyes are seeing less.

• A lot of work on the computer or smartphone causes headaches.
• Most of the time is spent on personal work and official work. As a result, not much time can be given to family life.
• Contact with relatives decreases, and as a result, as problems arise in the family, the ties of kinship become lighter.

No matter what we say, we cannot stop using technology and digital devices. Just as we have to eat three meals a day, we also have to use technology.
But we have to be careful while using technology so that we don't get into physical problems. Technology should be used to ensure their own safety.
