Today I am going to participate in a great context to gain general knowledge. Let's move to the main discussion.

Laughing gas is a gas that is odorless and colorless. This gas has a mild sweet taste. The name of this gas is nitrous oxide. This gas is used in multipurpose work. This gas is used in medical services in particular. This gas is also used in anesthesia for pain relief in surgery, and dental treatment.

Stress hormone is a hormone that is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal gland. It is located on top of the kidney. The stress hormone is also known as cortisol. Cortisol plays an important role in the body's response to stress. Stress hormones have several important functions in the body's response, including-

• Regulating metabolism:–Cortisol controls how the body uses fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
• Immune Response:- Cortisol modulates the immune system, reducing inflammation, and helping the body's response to injury or infection.
• Blood sugar levels:- Cortisol supplies energy to the blood through the body's gluconeogenesis.
• Blood pressure regulation:-Cortisol helps maintain blood pressure in the body.
• Managing Stress:- Cortisol levels increase during times of stress, providing the body with the energy it needs to cope with the stretch.

A leap year is a year when 1 extra day is added to the year. We all know that a year consists of 365 days. But during a leap year the year is 366 days instead of 365 days. We see this leap year comes after every four years. This extra day is added to February i.e. during leap year February is 29 days instead of 28 days.
Our calendar year was introduced to synchronize with the astronomical year. As such each year is 365.2422 days and increases by one day every four years. Hence every four years is a leap year.
