✅ Why is it important to prioritize safety first in various aspects of our lives such as at home, at work, or during recreational activities?

Safety is the process of protecting ourselves from hurt or danger. Nobody will want to get hurt in life so there is a need for one to take precautions in every aspect of life. Our life is the most important before anything as we can not do anything without being in good health.

Safety should come first as we wake up early in the morning, what do we do first? We pray to God because he is the one who is protecting us. So even the prayers we are doing are a way of taking precautions against danger it harm.

✅ Have you ever been in danger or witnessed someone being in danger due to a lack of safety?

Yes, I have seen my aunt. That day was rainy and there was a lot of lighting so I sat down on the couch enjoying my hot meal since the weather, my aunty walked past me barefoot into the sitting room to her bedroom so a thunderstruck immediately I had her shouting inside her room for help. We have to rush to check her.

That is when we realize that she was shocked by the thunder due to her walking barefoot. I escaped it because of the shoe that was in my legs.

There are cases of overspeeding on cars and bikes which causes accidents that happen in front of me.

✅ What is your opinion about the safety of children or the elderly? How important do you think safety is in their case?

In the case of children, their safety is in the hands of God and parents since they are still kids and can't think for themselves. Parents should watch their children's movements in the house and outside the house, the reason is that they may touch something that will affect them and the entire family, their safety is very important to them and the entirety of society.

In the case of the elderly ones, it is understandable that when someone is old to a certain age he starts to behave like a child again, so they needs to take proper care of them as they may likely cause problems I themselves and society at large.

It is very important to take care of these two categories for their safety is the safety of all.

✅ What steps do you take to keep everyone in your family safe that others can take as advice?

First of all, prayers are the most important tool to be safe. And then I keep on checking on the family members every morning to make sure they are safe before going out of my house.

We build electric fence.

I make sure we keep medicine in a safe place in case of children.

We keep the floor dry to avoid slippery

We turn on the security light on at night

Plan for an exit door in case of emergency.
