Do you think we need to have a role model in our lives? If yes, then explain your answer. |

The Prophet Muhammad said: Peace be upon HIM.
"For him who follows a path for seeking knowledge, Allah will ease for him the path to Paradise. (Muslim)
Indeed, Allah has created man as the best of creation, but still he needs a role model to live life in a better way. As Muslims, we believe that our beloved Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the best example to live by.
There is no doubt that Allah has endowed every human being with the intellect to judge good and evil. But in order to live life in the best way, Allah sent His beloved Prophet as a role model for us.
Who is your role model? And tell us the qualities of him/her which inspire you. |

There is no doubt that my role model is our beloved Prophet Muhammad. And perhaps there is no better role model for Muslims in this world. Because the best life you have lived and the examples you have set with your life of doing justice and treating people well may not have been done by anyone else.
None of you [truly] believes until he wishes for his brother what he wishes for himself

He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was very kind, not only to humans but also to animals. You removed injustice from the world, you gave women a safe place, you gave a place of honor. He gave the slaves their rights and said, "Do to your slaves as you like to yourself, because they are your brothers."

You have even advised us to be very kind to non-Muslims. My Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has so many attributes that if I sit down to describe them, I will be short of words.
O My Servants, I have forbidden injustice upon myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not commit injustice.

One of the great virtues of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was that he was forgiving and forgiving. You, may God bless you and grant you peace, were treated unbearably badly, but you forgave your enemies for the sake of Allah.
There was a lesson in their exhortation to forgive one another that I now understand if you forgive someone for their mistakes. So this thing gives you a lot of satisfaction mentally. I have received a great reward for it. The more I thank Allah, the less.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAW) SAID: SURELY GOD DOES NOT LOOK AT YOUR FACES OR YOUR BODIES BUT LOOK AT YOUR HEARTS AND YOUR DEEDS.

In what ways is the teachings of your role model impacting your personal and professional life? |

If we follow the path of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and follow his teachings, not only our collective life but also our private life can be very good. When the many teachings that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has given us, prayers, fasting and zakat, when we follow them, our life automatically goes on a peaceful path and we are satisfied.
Let's take an example from the simple month of Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is going on when we are hungry and thirsty and fasting as Allah Almighty and His beloved Prophet have advised us. When we are hungry ourselves, we feel the hunger and thirst of hungry people and we develop a compassionate feeling to help people.
By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit sin, Allah would sweep you out of existence and He would replace (you by) those people who would commit sin and seek forgiveness from Allah, and He would have pardoned them.
Forgiveness Only by forgiving, a person is saved from tension and depression and lives his life in a better way and becomes grateful to Allah Almighty. I am proud to be His ummah.
