My Favourite Food is Lab-e-Shireen

What is Lab-e-Shireen?

---

Lab-e-Shireen basically is also type of fruit and dry fruits Desert.
In these days it is considered as a refresher in summer or hot season.
This is very delicious in taste. This is mostly made at any occasion like Wedding, Festival's and and any special event. This is mostly served in hot season. This rich with custard that enhance it's flavour.

How we can prepare it?

---

First we discuss it's Main Ingredients,

• Custard powder

• Vermicelli

• Milk(Main Ingredient)

• Sugar

• Mix Fruits

• Dry fruits ( Which you want to Add)

• Cream

• Jelly(Green & Red)

• Almond

• Flavour (Which you want to add, like vanilla,)

It is very easy to made, first made custard in milk separately,
and then add sugar and leave mixing during when it comes to its boiling point, now add custard mixture in it and mix it up when it becomes thick.
On side boil vermicelli,
And then cool custard at room temperature, after this we can add vermicelli that we boiled.
Add cream in custard,dry fruits,and mix Fruits and also add almonds.
Decorate jellies on top of desert.
Chill our desert in refrigerator for chilling and after chilling served it and enjoy it's flavour.

Why I like it

Basically, Lab-e-Shireen sweet and delicious in taste.
I mostly like sweet food. Lab-e-Shireen is also type of sweet desert.

I like it's flavour Which is mostly enhanced by the addition of almond,dry fruits, vermicelli in custard and it's main enhancing thing is Milk cream. Lab-e-Shireen have many layers of flavours. It is very easy to made and increase enjoyment of festival or any special event.

On What Occasion we Make it

We make this dish monthly at home but specially, We make it on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. This is special dish and we make this dish on special day.
Because Eid-ul-Fitr is the gift of Holy month Ramadan. My Dear mother start make this dish at mid night of Chand Raat. We served this dish all family members which they come at my home. We served it after chilling.
Lab-e-Shireen is desert of happiness.
We make this dish on Eid-ul-Fitr, because this is day after Ramadan and all enjoy it and happy gathering.
In Think Lab-e-Shireen is food of Happiness
Lab-e-Shireen special dish for me and i really like because it create happiness and excitement on any occasion that may be Eid-ul-Fitr, Ramadan, wedding, or any special event.
