Assalam O Alaikum !
Hope you all are well Today the weather in my city was very good, strong winds kept blowing all day and it was raining intermittently, so I thought to go out some where.So, there is a canal near my town. I walked on it.There isavery old bus stand near the canal from where 3 sideroads go to Rawalpindi, Khushab,and Sargodha.

I have been watching it since I was little. I crossed the road and started walking along the canal. The flow of water was very fast. This canal is also called Jhal Chikian canal. There is a grate inside the canal, which makes the water falling down very nice. Hay mills are also called because there used to be flour grinding mills herePeople from distant villages used to come here to grind flour, they brought wheat and when they took flour for grinding, I was telling them.While walking along the canal, I saw flowers blooming at one place, which were giving a very nice view. I took some pictures of them and will share them in this post.

Seeing this sight gives peace to the heart and mind and the eyes feel cold. I sat there for some time. Many people were walking on the bank of the canal. Due to the heat, the boys were bathing in the canal. It was Sunday, so the children were also playing. There is a nursery along the canal where all kinds of plants are planted. Plants are taken from there to plant in houses.There is also a famous hotel in Jhal Chakkian which is called Jhal Chakkian Ki Dal. It is famous all over Pakistan. It is also called Shah's Hotel.

There are also water taps on this canal, people in whose houses the tap water is not clean, they carry water from the canal taps and use it for drinking.There is a horse stable near the canal where there are horses of different breeds that are well taken care of and prepared for racing.

There are very old meat stalls at the bus stand where fresh and clean meat is available, earlier their fathers used to sell meat now their children are doing it and there is an ancient Jama Masjid where people passing by from far away places offer prayers while passing by. Pay and goThe third generation of the imam of the mosque is running here. Earlier, his grandfather was the imam of the mosque. After his death, his father took over the mosque. When he died, now his son is taking over the mosque.

All kinds of facilities are available at the bus stand, all types of traffic are available, bus, auto rickshaw is easily available in any city you want to go to.If there is an emergency, you can call the helpline and call for an ambulance. If you need to go somewhere, you can also call a taxi home.
