One Picture And One Story Week #12 : Story Name: Poverty teaches families to take control at an early age

I am a citizen of Bangladesh. And many poor people live in the villages of our country. Although the poverty rate of Bangladesh is 18.7, most of the people in the villages are poor. Due to poverty, people cannot even educate their children properly, these boys are taking care of the family at a very young age. They are working at the age when they are supposed to be educated, they are taking care of the family at the age when they are supposed to be playing.

There is a brick kiln near our house where more than half of the people in our village earn their living by working. Besides the people, many small children of the village also work here. In the above picture, the boy who is seen is Noor Nabi Sarkar. He is only 17 years old. He is speech impaired. He cannot speak since childhood. They are 5 brothers and a sister. Noor Nabi started working from an early age to support this huge family. Apart from working in brick kilns, he also does all kinds of rice threshing work including delivery of bricks by car.

At present, he makes bricks in the morning and carries sand in the afternoon, fixing plots. With this picture above I have tried to highlight the story of Hazor Noor Nabi. There are millions of such Noor Nabi in our country who cannot study because of poverty. They have to catch up with the family from childhood. Noor Nabi is a living proof of responsibility. Because he has been working since childhood to take responsibility for the family and is educating his younger brother. We should all treat these people well even if we cannot help them.

Many such Noor Nabis can be found all over the world. Who is earning money by working in the sun for the sake of his family. I have never worked in a brick kiln. But sometimes I go to the brick kiln and often see Noor Nabi working. Noor Nabi is an unyielding fighter, who despite being speech impaired has managed to take care of his family. Noor Nabi has an elder sister. His marriage is going on. That's why he is now working day and night to earn money so that he can pay well for his sister's marriage. I always treat her well. Sometimes I feel like saluting him once. Because they are the real heroes. After studying and getting educated, those who work, their parents get shelter in old age homes, but the parents of poor people stay at home.
