•Salam to my dear friends.Hope so everyone will be fine and enjoying a good health.I am also fine and enjoying a lot this happy and a healthy life and today I got a chance to share my food diary game with you.
•Again @steem4pakistan is with an interesting topic so I am glad to participate in this engagement challenge season 7 week 3 so let's moves towards my food diary game and it will be very interesting for you friends...
•In morning the meal that I have was a traditional food of Pakistan.In Urdu these are daal chawal.In English chawal are rice basically and daal are pulses.
•This is traditional dish in all cities of Pakistan.Its very famous and nutritious also.
•I want to share some of Nutritional benefits of both rice and pulses.
•Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates, the body's main energy source. Carbohydrates plays a very vital and very important role in your digestive system in the process of your digestion of food.Brown rice, especially, is an excellent source of numerous nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
•We are not talking poisonous situations in one serving or anything scary like that, but eating rice a many times a day( every day) isn't a good idea. redundant arsenic is linked to an increased threat of heart complaint and some types of cancer.
•Pulse or beats give protein and fibre, as well as a significant source of vitamins and minerals, similar as iron, zinc, folate, and magnesium, and consuming half a mug of sap or peas per day can enhance diet quality by adding inputs of these nutrients.
•By consuming beats and dals daily, you can get your needed share of essential vitamins and minerals. beats are a great source of fibre, calcium, potassium, zinc, iron, magnesium and folate. They're also abundant in Vitamin B, thiamine and niacin. Our body needs these vitamins and minerals to serve efficiently.
•My mother mainly cooked this recipe. She is very hardworking.She always make dishes of the choice of her family.I love the taste of my mother's hand.
•At noon I made a sweet dish of cake custard.That was very delicious 😋 and contain a most healthy ingredient milk.
•Custard is made up from custard power plus milk plus sugar.These all are main ingredients for this recipe.

•It's completely fine to enjoy a regular glass of milk each day, If you are not lactose-intolerant or antipathetic to dairy. From perfecting bone health to helping alleviate cognitive decline, drinking milk and incorporating other dairy particulars into your diet can come with some health benefits.
•I cooked custard mainly and love to try these kind of sweet dishes that are easy to cook.
•At night, I tried the juice of carrots.Carrots are very beneficial for health and also so much yummy.
•Carrots are a kind of vegetable which is very important in the growth of your eyes and the development of your body because it contain many essential vitamins and minerals that are very important and really essential for you like vitamin k I am saying you as an example.They are a weight- loss-friendly food and have been linked to lower cholesterol situations and bettered eye health.
•Eating carrots in redundant, still, can beget a condition called carotenemia. This refers to unheroic abrasion of the skin because of the deposit of a substance called beta- carotene that's present in carrots.
