Hippocrates is the Scientist regarded as the father of medicine. His a Greek Physician born in 460 BC. He is regarded as the father of medicine because of his immerse contribution and impact in the field of medicine. He left a huge legacy which is still felt till today. During his time, when medicine wasn't rampant, he introduced the examination of patients and diagnosis. A code known as the Hippocratic Oath, which is a code of ethics taken by medical professionals upon their induction into the Medical profession is dedicated to him. He also founded a Medical School in Kos for Medical training. Even after death, his legacy still lives on.

This is a myth even though egg yolk contains a high amount of Cholesterol, it doesn't increase blood pressure. According to research, dietary Cholesterol which refers to the cholesterol gotten from the edibles we consume on a daily basis doesn't increase blood pressure.

The amount of calories contained in a egg is determined by the size of the egg. According to research, small egg contains about 60-65 calories, medium size 65-75 while large egg about 75-75 calories.The calories in the egg is mostly gotten from the yolk while the egg white has less calories.
