Hospital can be defined as a building with medical staffs and equipments, designed to take care of sick patients.

• Doctor
  This is a trained and licensed professional who is trained for the sole purpose of disease diagnosis, treatment and prescribing medication. They're also specialties in various brand of medicine, such as Surgeons, Oncologist, Paediatricians, Gynaecologist e.t.c.

• Nurse
  This is a trained personnel who works with the doctor in the hospital. They also take care of sick patients.

• Laboratory scientist
  This is a trained and licensed professional who carry out experiments and tests with samples, smear, swap in order to help with disease diagnosis.

• Pharmacist
  This is a trained and licensed medical personnel, charged with dispensing medications to Patients

• Mother and Child unit
  This is a ward in the hospital which cares for mother and children. Childbirth and Antenatal are carried out here.

• Accident and Emergency unit
  This is a unit in the Hospital, concerned with providing healthcare for patients with urgent medical issues such as Accident, stroke e.t.c. This part of the hospital provides 24/7 services

• Operating Room
  This is a sterile room in the hospital designed for carrying out surgical operations.

• Oncology unit
  Oncology unit is a ward in the hospital designed for providing healthcare for Cancer patients.

• Bed
  This is used for providing comfort and support system for patients.

• Stethoscope
  This is a medical equipment which the Doctor uses to check the patient's heartbeat.

• Consultation room
  This is a room where the patient meets the Doctor.

• Patient room
  This is a room in the hospital provided for patients that would be staying longer in the hospital.

When last did you go to the hospital and why?

The last time I went to the hospital was last year, for some time now I haven't been to the hospital because I have a sister who is a health practitioner she always prescribe drugs for me whenever I'm sick. The last time I went to the
Hospital was last year. I visited my sister and she was on a night duty at the hospital, I didn't want to sleep alone so I followed her to the hospital.

If all the steemians were doctors which steemian will you love to be your family doctor?

Well If Steemians were to be doctors, I would love @aaliarubab to be my doctor. Being the admin and founder of Healthy steem, I believe she will make a good Doctor.
