Contest - Curation on Steem | My curation on Steemit

Previously I would like to thank @faran-nabeel for organizing this contest. Hopefully holding this contest will motivate the steemians to write more creatively and with quality in this steemit.In this interesting contest I try to explain what is meant by curation and my curation income while joining steemit.

Curation on the Steem blockchain refers to the process of reviewing and selecting content shared by users in the form of posts or comments. On Steem users can upvote or downvote content they think is good or bad.

Upvotes from users who have high Steem Power will have greater weight and will provide greater rewards to users who post content. In this case the curating user will become the curator and receive rewards in the form of Steem tokens.

Curation plays an important role in determining content quality and incentivizing users to post quality and relevant content.in this case steem provides an opportunity for users to become part of the community and participate in managing content on the platform.

The steem community curation team consists of users selected by the steem community to help select and promote quality content on the platform. each community on steem has their own curation team which is responsible for reviewing content related to their community's topic.

The steem community curation team usually consists of users who have good experience and reputation in using the Steem platform. they are also expected to understand a topic or topics related to their community.
Curation team performance can vary depending on a variety of factors ,including the number of team members ,curation skills and the amount of content to be graded. but in general , the Steem curation team is expected to be able to select and promote quality and relevant content for the Steem community.From the start i joined steemit, I was satisfied with the performance of the curation team.

Curation rewards on Steem are rewards given to users who upvote content that is considered quality. This upvote can be given by ordinary users or by the Steem curatorial team. The size of the curation prize depends on the upvote weight and Steem Power owned by the user who gave the upvote.

In this case, the curation prize reflects appreciation for the curator's efforts in finding quality and relevant content for the Steem community. Curation prizes can also be an incentive for users to continue to contribute in the form of upvotes on quality content on the Steem platform.

However, it's important to remember that curation gifts are a limited resource, so not all content can receive curation rewards. Fair and transparent curation rewards also require the right policies and algorithms to ensure that quality content is properly rewarded.

I joined steemit in january 2023, Approximately 3 months I joined steemit. So far, for 3 months I got the prize that I got from the curation, more or less contained in the picture below.

So far I am satisfied with the performance of the steemit team, because apart from providing curation, the steemit team also provides direction and support especially for beginners.
