Hello steemians friends how are you all doing ,I hope you all have been doing well, well i have been good, I here to write a contest organized by @sahar78 in steem for parkistan, which talks about the eye which is necessary.

Which is most sensitive part of eye?

The most sensitive part of the eye is the retina which is the inner most layer of the eye,that is responsible for visual perception.this part consist of nervous tissues with multiple sensitive cells that all work together under normal conditions to produce good eye sight.

The cornea is very sensitive to touch, but the retina, which is the layer at the back of the eyeball, is the most sensitive part because it contains cells that respond to light and allow us to see.

There's also a sensitive part of the retina which is called the macula, which has millions of tightly packed photoreceptors the type called cones. the retina is always detective because it captures a low amount of light, to allow us see in a low light can damage our eye sight, which our doctors have said we should not read with a low amount of light, because of the damage it will cause to the retina.

Which is healthy vitamin for eye sight?

Vitamin A: plays an important role in maintaining a clear cornea , which is the outside covering of the eye. This vitamin A is also a component of rhodopsin,that is a protein that allows to us to see in a low light condition. Food s to eat to get vitamin A;
Carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, papaya.

Vitamin E: There’s some evidence that high levels of vitamin E in the diet may protect against the formation of age-related vision-clouding cataracts .

To get vitamin E: you may need to eat vegetables, nuts, fatty fish , broccoli.

Vitamin C: Vitamin C plays an important role in the eye itself, protecting against UV light damage.

To get vitamin C: you may eat orange, strawberry, red cabbage, paprika.

To get vitamin B1: you may eat fish, chicken, soyabean,egg.
To get vitamin B2: you may eat egg, yogurt, 🌽 etc.

Above all vitamin A is more important , because it plays an important role in our vision, to see the full spectrum of light, your eyes needs to produce certain for our retina to work properly.Vitamin A helps in producing moisture in your eyes which keeps them lubricated and allows us to see in dark and skin hydrated.

Our eyes are especially vulnerable to germs and infections. Even things that just irritate your eyes can affect your vision. so here is some things that can weaken the eye ;

Over use of eye drops.
Rubbing of eye too often .
Lack of sleep .
Always on mobile phone .
Lack of water .

When you always watch TV. they are lot of things that could damage our sight, so let's avoid them.

In conclusion i will advise everyone to take good care of their eyes and avoid things that can low eye sight, and also eat well balanced diet.

Mobile phone screen and computer screens can damage our eyes that's why is good we us eye glasses it will help
