So eye catching, egusi soup is one delicious meal I have always love to eat, as a student in the university we prepare egusi a lot, not so rich in condiments as the one shown above. I love egusi just like you. So what are the condiment or the leaf you used for this preparation.
Well, Egusi Is popularity known in Igbo land and also among the most delicious food and i also love consuming it. Well for the leaf use in preparing it, I used bitterleaf which also made the taste more delicious
