With the blessings of God. It's Muhammad Arslan. Hello there, steemit friends, today I'm write about the effects, condition and circumference of labor day in Pakistan. Labor Day very important day for labors, also known as International Workers' Day, is celebrated annually on every year May 1st in Pakistan and around the world worldwide. It is a day to recognize, appreciate and honor, respect to the hard work and contributions of workers and laborers in our society.
In Pakistan, Labor Day is a public holiday in all over the Pakistan and is observed in all major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and other like that and towns. It is a time for workers to come together and demand their rights for their struggles, including fair wages, bonuses, safe working conditions for their safety, and job security for future.
On this important day, labor unions and workers' organizations organize rallies for their honor, marches, and other events to raise awareness about labor issues all around the world and to call for better working conditions for their safety and security. Many workers also take the opportunity to demand higher wages and better benefits from their employers and their success.
Unfortunately, the situation for many workers in Pakistan is far from ideal. According to a report by the International Labor Organization, around 8.5 million workers in Pakistan are employed in hazardous occupations, such as mining and agriculture, where they are exposed to dangerous working conditions and health risks.
Furthermore, many workers in all over the Pakistan are employed in the informal sector of Pakistan, where they are not protected by labor laws and are often paid below minimum wage and salaries which are fully against the labor laws. Women, in particular, face discrimination, harassment lower rank and are often paid less than men for doing the same work in society.
In many recent years, however, there have been some and many positive developments for workers in all over the Pakistan. The government of Pakistan has introduced a number of labor reforms aimed at improving working conditions for workers and protecting workers' rights. These includes the introduction of a minimum wage and the establishment of labor courts to resolve disputes between employers and workers.
Despite these reforms, there is still a very long way to go before workers in Pakistan can enjoy the same rights and protections as workers in developed countries of over the world. Labor Day is an very significant important reminder of the struggles and difficulties faced by workers all around the world and the need for continued action to improve and better their lives and working conditions for their work.
