These days, trying to maintain a balance between technology and real life is a bit difficult for people who aren't organized in that regard. However, when there are clear goals, there are gains, and everything is well-organized, you work on it to improve and achieve the goals you set. Quality time in real life is what I admire most because I can warmly share a hug with my family, play with my cat, read a good book, or rest, which is what I need right now.
