Weekly contest; Best Diary Game of the week Titled; working in my farm and cooking one of my favorites food.

Let me share with you how my day went by.
I really had a stressful day yesterday. I experienced a lot of pains yesterday. I slept late because of the stress and pain on my body. So today I woke up with a mixed feeling of what to start with.. Being an introvert, my today activities were totally indoors. My passion for agriculture just keeps me going throughout the day. I started with the early morning weather to clear off overgrown grasses that almost took off my garden where I planted my coconut tree a couple of months ago.
At about 10;13AM I started feeling hungry. Being a pectin ulcer person, I had to consider my health first before continuing with the work.
Wondering what to eat... I had to settle for Bean and unripe plantain. I don't like combining bean and plantain when cooking. I like separating both.
These are the steps I use in cooking my beans.
Step 1
I carefully separate the shield from the seed.
After that, I then turn it into my cooking pot.
Due to the economic situation of my country, I can't afford cooking bean in my gas cylinder. It will consume a lot of gas. So I had to divert to firewood i.e (traditional way of cooking). Firewood has it special taste for food.
step 2
I don't like shiftering my bean water when cooking. If I shifter, then the proteinous aspect is no more there.
I just wash it once and cook it like that. I trust that's the best way of cooking bean if you really want to eat protein.
step 3
After the bean became soft, I then start putting the ingredients. After putting the ingredients and taste it if it's okay, I then cover it for another 5 minutes before I take it down. Here food is ready.
Why I was cooking beans in firewood, I used my gas cylinder to cook the plantain so the cooking can be fast and timely.
Both were ready.
I then dish it inside my plate and enjoy the meal.

After eating, I then go back to my farm to finish what I started. I didn't know the work could be this much. I had to finish up everything. Before I could finish, it was already 6;32PM. This work really consumed my day. But I'm glad am able to get the work done for the day.
I happily pack my working tools back home.
This time around I had to take body pain tablets so the pain I felt yesterday won't occur again.
After bathing, I prepare my dinner. I decided on eating Afang soup with garri as my dinner.
That was how I spent my day. It was really a fullfilled day.

Indeed bro your day was a kind of stressful and the same time amazing because of the delicious meals you ate and also you achievd your aim by clearing the grasses around your surrounding, actually everybody has his or her own way and style of cooking which you just said that you love cooking your beans without filtering the water because you believe that the water contains a lot of proteins which may be true, to be sincere bro you really did in well by sharing your day and activities with us, I really enjoy myself reading through your blog and I wish you success and good luck in this contest.
