Hello...!! My Dear steem friends, I am @maryamnadeem from Pakistan ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ Today I am here to show my participation in "My favorite Recipe on Eid-up-Adha". Thanks for @steemforpakistan and @uzma4882 for arranging such a good contests for us who loves to cook. Today I will share "Chapple Kabab Recipe". Hope everyone likes my recipe. ๐Ÿ˜

Let's Come Towards Recipe ๐Ÿ’

For the recipe firstly we will check the ingredients we need in preparation of yummy Kabab's

Ingredients

Oilas needed for frying
Mince (Mutton/Beef)500 grams
Egg1 (optional)
Salt1 tbsp
Red pepper powder1 tbsp
Red crushed pepper1 tbsp
Dried ground coriander1 tbsp
Garam Masala1 Tbsp
AnaarDana1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste2tbsp
Green chilli4-5
Onion3-4 medium size
Corianderas you like
Baisan (gram flour)3-4 tbsp


Prepration Of Kabab's

Step 1

First chop the onions, green chillies and coriander in a chopper then take a big plate or something and put all ingredients i.e mince, spices, ginger garlic paste, baisan (gram flour), egg, chopped onions, green chillies and coriander.



Step 2

Mix all the ingredients with mince well. You can do it with your hands or you can use any chopet or mixer as well but make sure everything is fully combined with mix otherwise it will not give you perfect taste.



Step 3

After mixing all mixture well take a normal amount of kabab mixture on hand and give it a shape of kabab. And through this method make kabab's with all the mixture.



Step 4

After shaping all mixture in kabab's we will start frying them. Put oil on a frying pan and one by one we will start putting kabab's on pan in oil. We will cook for 5-7 minute on each side on low flame covering with a lid. And with this method we will fry all kabab's.



Ready To Eat & Serve

Now Kabab's are ready to serve and eat. Enjoy it with ketchup or green chutney. I am sure you will love it.

Eat it in tea time, lunch or dinner. You can serve to your guests as well. Your kids will also enjoy it. It is too healthy to eat and hygiene as made at home with full cleanliness.
