Hi, my friends how are you I hope you all are fine. I'm fine too. So today we are ready to participate in another beautiful competition of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 7 Week 3: The title of this competition is Food Diary Game. So ready to share some of my daily meals for this contest. I decided to participate in this competition because all those foods are the ones I prepare at home. Many thanks to this community for organizing such a beautiful competition.

I love to prepare food. As many on this forum know, I am passionate about food preparation. I love cooking and watching YouTube channels. My mother taught me how to prepare food from a young age, so I was interested in cooking. So my mother says that today I am preparing delicious food and it makes me happy. So today I prepared some food from home. I would like to share my food diary with you.

I woke up this morning as usual. Woke up in the morning and finished all my morning activities. Then I started preparing breakfast. I prepared a pasta that a friend gave me earlier. First I boiled the pasta well in hot water. After that I kept a pan on the stove and put coconut oil in it and added carrots and eggs cut into small pieces and some other spices and heated it well. After that, after breaking the eggs into small pieces, the boiled pasta was added to the mixture. Mix it well and remove it from the heat.

Then I served the pasta for my breakfast to everyone in my house. We had delicious pasta for breakfast. My mom said the pasta was delicious. One of my favorite foods is pasta. The sauce with the pasta was very tasty, but today there was no sauce, so I was not interested in the sauce much. But I enjoyed it very much because it was prepared in such a delicious way. I ate pasta for breakfast as it was a nutritious meal as eggs contain protein.

Lunch

After having breakfast, I prepared the necessary things to prepare lunch. Cleaned the kitchen well before that. At noon I went to the garden to look for firewood. After that I found firewood and started preparing my lunch. Today I cooked my favorite bandakka and fish and lentils with rice for lunch. My mother also likes this food because it has nutrients in it. As it is a very tasty food, I washed them well and started preparing them.

First I put the rice on the stove and cooked the rice well and removed it from the stove. Then I started making lentils. Wash the lentils well and add some coconut milk to it and keep it on the stove by adding salt, chili powder, curry powder, sorghum and some necessary spices. After that, after it was done, it was removed from the stove. After that, after cutting and washing the fish well, adding chili powder, coconut milk, salt and spices to it, keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes and cook it. To cook my favorite bandakka, I cut it into small pieces and cooked it well by adding some chilies, salt powder and spices.

For my lunch I prepared my rice with 3 curries wonderfully. Lentil Bandakka with rice is delicious. It's my lunch so it's a very good food. Bandakka is a very nutritious food for the human body because it contains protein. In this way I prepared lunch and ate lunch with my family.

Afternoon

I usually prepare any meal during free time in the evening. So today I thought I would update Ada. It is very delicious and this dish is very famous in Sri Lanka. My mother has been preparing this dish since I was a child. So recently I learned how to prepare this delicious Ada from my mother. There is a separate pan to prepare this and in that pan you can prepare this ada very beautifully. So I was interested in making this Ada in the afternoon.

I made this mixture last night to prepare this. It is very important to make this mixture a day before. So, I first added coconut milk to the bread dough, added sugar and butter, yeast and eggs to it and made the mixture and kept it overnight. Then I added it to the small pan to cook this and made a beautiful Ada dish.

Ada is very tasty and it is very important to eat it with afternoon tea and it is very delicious. It is my favorite and many people in Sri Lanka love this dish. So today we ate this Ada with tea. My mother was very happy to see this dish. In this way I easily managed Ada.

Dinner

I am a light eater for dinner. My dinner I like to have a nutritious meal. Today I prepared a traditional Sri Lankan dish. That is the hopper. I really like Pol Sambola with Idi Hopper. It is very tasty. My mother used to prepare Idihoppa for breakfast when I was going to school. So I learned how to prepare this delicious Idihoppa from my mother since childhood. Today I am very happy to prepare Idi Aappa by myself.

To do this, you need to create templates here first. After that add hot water to the flour and add the required amount of salt to it and prepare the mixture. It is very important that the flour mixture forms a sticky mixture. After that, the flour mixture should be added to the molds using the hopper machine. They should be steamed after preparing them in the hopper moulds. Idihoppa boiled for about 5 minutes can be tasted like this. After that, to make polsambola, you can mix it by adding coconut and chili powder, salt and other spices to make polsambola.

In this way I prepared dinner very easily. It tastes amazing. I had guests at my house today, so I prepared Idiappa to please the guests. Dinner is very important for our body. So this is my dinner.
