SEC-S14 /W2 |"Parents, Our Pillars of Strength 👪"
Hello Steem For Pakistan a warm welcome to you all here. |
---|
This is me @kathy-cute from Philippines and you are here Reading my Blog. I hope you all are enjoying the 12th season here. I am participating in the fourth week of this season. This is my participation in a contest Parents, Our Pillars of Strength.
👪 How did your parents shape your personality |
---|
Let me clear one thing here that I am from a broken family. My parents got sperated back in 2016. That was the most saddening and worse moment of my life.
Though my parents are sperated couples, but I will always give credit to them the way they brought me up. They always tell us what is right and what is wrong. Even my mother is now in Cyprus she send me money for my academic dues and force me from there not to stop education.
👪 What role do your parents play in your overall well-being? |
---|
Of course parents are the best teacher they can groom you and home is the best school for learning. The teaching and guiding of parents do reflect in their kids life. I am one of them. I think my parents are always good to me and they taught me to be good to others too.
One thing which my mom must want to see in me, she wants to see me an independent person. She always telling me never ever to depend on other. That's why she wants me to continue my education at any cost. If I am well educated, I will have good job and my future will be bright.
My father is a kind of cool person and many people here tell me you have the quality of your father. He is cool and calm and same is like you. I love being polite and I also like other who is polite.
👪 How do your parents encourage your dreams and aspirations? |
---|
My parents focus too much on my education. Though we have some financial issues, but my parents never let it come between me and my education. I always got complete support from them. As I have said earlier that my mom is too much concern about it, because she wants to see me an independent person at any cost. She really work hard abroad to finance us, and our study.
If I would say I will give ten out of ten to my parents in matter of chasing dream. They don't neither stop me from chasing my dream neither my elder sister kiscia. We have complete freedom from them, and they give us full support no matter what. Alot of my girl friends are even facing problems in keeping boyfriends. We are not restricted by our parents, but they just tell us always to take care of your chestedy. Never ever lose it to someone who isn't is trust worthy.
👪 Share an experience that highlighted your parents' sacrifices for you? |
---|
Our parents are having many sacrifices for us. We are still a struggling family and financial conditiona are not that much stable. In our childhood we had happy and loving family, then due to certain condition my parents had separated. That was really shocking for me and my sister.
However along with that tragic thing that happened in our life, our parents didn't feel us that we are the children of a separated family. For our us they still compromised each other. Even they not looked as a separated couple. Then they finally apart when my mom went to Cyprus.
At first my mom was in touch with my father, she would asked about us, but now she knows we are grown up and we are mature enough. She has a new boyfriend now.
My deep heart invitation to my dear friends : @pelon53 @miyexi @solaymann @waterjoe. |

Hello friend greetings to you.
It's really nice to read your post here after a long time. Your parents had separated some years before. This is so saddening and traumatic. I know how painful it would be for you that time.
It's great you respect both your parents. Your mama support you from abroad this is so good. I think she wants a better life for you that's why she focus on education too much. Be independent and brave as you mom tell you.
