Best Diary Game Of The Week: Garri processing.

A warm greetings to all my fellow amiable and lovely steemians colleagues around the world, most especially the ones this amazing community, I am @john247 from #Nigeria, I will say I'm super excited and glad to participate in this contest titled; "Best Diary Game Of The Week" organized here in#Steem-For-Pakistan.

My diary all started on 24th which was on Tuesday when I and my siblings set out to the farm to harvest cassava to process garri, On getting to the farm we did a short prayer for the main purpose of strength and energy to carry on with the work ahead of us after the prayer we started harvesting the cassava which was a little bit easier because the ground was not hard rather it was soft and easy because it rainy season and the soil was soft.

After about an hour we were done harvesting the cassava without wasting much time we started gathering it together in one spot so that we can start pealing it, so we gather it peal it after all the pealing it we putting it inside a sack bag then took it home with wheelbarrow in other to wash it properly before taking it to the engine to grind it.

When we got home we ate rested for sometimes because we were so tired and stressed out but thank God we have reached home and there are other helping hands that came and assisted us by washing the cassava and stocking them into the sack bag again, all we have to do was to take it directly to the the engine to grind it.

When we got to the engine we meet other people that came to grind their own cassava as well so we have to wait till our turn reach which takes about half an hour before they started grinding our own, when the owner of the engine was grinding it we were busy packing the cassava paste into a sack and placing it where it will ferment and I think that was the last aspect of it that day so we went back home much more tired stressed out.

The next being it Wednesday which was yesterday we woke so early and did our usual morning devotions as well as some personal hygiene together with some house chores then eat breakfast before going back to the engine to fry the garri, when we got there we have to move the garri from presser which was used to drain out all the water from it then filter out the chalfs which was the one that did not grind well, after filtering we started frying it, you need to see the kind of smoke that was entry my entire body like a roasted goat😂 but nevertheless we succeed in frying everything and the garri because there where alot of because that were willing to help us out and the garri was ready that Wednesday.

I have finally come to the end point of this amazing contest, Let's me first of all start by appreciating the leadership of this community for the privilege given to us to share our different diaries within the week and also to my fellow steemians that came across my blog I really appreciate all of it.
