Which is the most sensitive part of the eye?
The most sensitive part of the eyes is cornea. The cornea is the part of the eye that contains a high density of nerve endings, which makes it most sensitive to touch, temperature, and pain. This sensitive part Is what helps to protect the eye by triggering reflexes, like blinking, when something comes close to the eye. Also being the most sensitive part of the eye, is seen as the most important part of the eye.
Which is a healthy vitamin for eyesight?
The healthy vitamin for eyesight is vitamin A. It is a vitamin that is essential for maintaining healthy eyesight. Vitamin A plays a crucial role in protecting the most sensitive part of the eye which is the cornea's outer layer and is the key component of rhodopsin, a protein in eyes that helps with low light vision.
However, besides vitamin A, other important healthy vitamins for eyesight are:
- Vitamin C: This vitamin helps to reduce the risk of cataracts and supports blood vessels in the eye.
- Vitamin B-complex: This vitamin helps to reduce the risk of macular degeneration and helps to maintain healthy optic nerves.
- Vitamin E: This vitamin helps to protect eye cells from oxidative damage.
It is good for us to eat foods that are rich in these above vitamins, like carrots, fish, nuts, and leafy greens, which can also help us to have a healthy eye.
What makes your eyesight weak?
Several factors can contribute eyesight to be weak which some of these factors include;
- Aging
- Excessive screen time
- Poor diet
- Smoking
- Chronicle health condition
- Genetics
- Lack of eye protection
- Eye strain and overuse
In conclusion, maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps to protect eyesight from weakening, and taking a break from the screen also helps.
