Moving Up Ceremony is for the Kindergarten activity and Graduation Ceremony for grade 6 pupils.

Good day everyone!

Let me share to you the two special event of our pupils today. It was held in the morning and afternoon. We had a theme of our attire "Nude Colors".

Morning

In the morning, our schedule starts at 7:30 am for the grade 6 graduation. They are 165 in girls and 169 in boys, just enough to accommodate all the chairs prepared inside the area. The pupils are allowed to bring 1 parent/guardian per pupil. Our security team is very strict on this rule because our school is very small, to avoid crowd in our school.

It started with the processional of the pillars in our school. They are the PTA Officers, School heads and the Faculty. Then the program begins with a prayer and followed by singing the Philippine National Song. There are short messages from different officials. The recognition of the honor pupils and special awardee followed. Next is the giving of individual elementary graduation diploma.

The ceremony lasted for 3 hours only. After the distribution of the diploma, there are pledge of loyalty in unison. Then the singing of the graduation and tribute song. The final is the recessional of the flag together with the officials. The graduate remains for the class pictorial.

We also had a pictorial by group as a remembrance for the graduation 2024.

Lunch

While the graduates sing the tribute song, the food catering prepared the menu inside the ICT laboratory. At 11:30am we had ate our lunch buffet. The dish consists of fish, pork, beef, pasta, and fruit salad. There is also a lechon baboy available. We ate together because our next activity will follow right after lunch.

Afternoon

At 1pm, the moving up ceremony of kindergarten followed. The Kindergarten teachers wear green motiff but the rest of the teachers continue wearing the nude colors. The pupils wear different colors of toga, the boys wear blue while girls wear the pink. It started with a prayer then singing of the Philippine National Anthem. It has the same program with the morning activity, it's just that there are no honor pupils for the kindergarten. There are no grade for kindergarten but only special awards and best in each subject.

They also have a pledge of loyalty in unison and a tribute song for their parents. At 3:30 pm the program ended.

Before I go home, I took the opportunity to have a solo picture on my dress with the decorations at the back.

It must be a special day to everyone involved, but for me, the best thing is going home to my family at the end of the day.
