Olives are rich in vitamin E and vitamin A. Vitamin E is a very powerful antioxidant that helps to support the immune system and skin health. Vitamin A helps to support skin health in small amounts and vision which taking these two vitamins can help us to stay very much healthy. Both vitamins have beneficial compounds like polyphenols and healthy fat which are all good for our bodies.
Oranges are rich in which vitamins?
Oranges are rich in Vitamin C and Folate (Vitamin B9). Vitamin C helps to boost our immune system, aids in iron absorption, and supports our skin health. Folate (Vitamin B9) is essential (needed) for cell development and growth so taking oranges helps us a lot. Oranges are good for digestion and cell growth and development which is why many people take oranges immediately or after eating.
Berries 🍒 are rich in which vitamins?
Berries such as; blueberries, cherries, and strawberries are rich in the following vitamins; vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin A. Vitamin C helps to support skin health and the immune system. Vitamin K is essential for bone and clotting health whereas vitamin A is found in small amounts and is good in supporting immunity and vision. The whole vitamins are rich in vitamins that are found in berries.
