Coconut is a nutritious type of fruit that has a variety of the minerals which are essential for the health. It has a high content of the fats and it is present in the form of Triglycerides with the medium chain which are very important in the process of metabolism.
5The vitamin C is present in the coconut and it is one of main vitamins. The vitamin C works as an antioxidant and it protects our body form stress and it is also helpful to support our system of immunity. It is also benifical to play a significant role in the production of collagen and it is very important for the health of our skin.
Another vitamin which is present in the coconut is the vitamin B and also folate. Thes vitamins play significant roles in the metabolism of the energy. It is also important for the normal functioning of the brain and red blood cells formation.
If we talk about the minerals, the coconut also contains potassium and it has important role in the heart functioning and it has also a significant function in the regulation of blood pressure. The other minerals such as magnesium and phosphorus are also present in the coconut and they have also important roles in the health of bones.
The content of the white water which is present in side the young coconut and this is why the the coconut is a natural hydrating agent.

Coconut cry is one of my favourite dish and it is very delicious dish and it has the creamy and rich nature of the coconut. It is a famous dish in the cooking particularly in India and South Asia.
To made this , first of all we will fry the onions , ginger and garlic in the oil and cook it when they become semi transparent and fragrant. After that we can add our favourite type of protein like chicken and cook it with them too. After that we will add the vegetables in it you can add vegetables of your choice like carrots and Spanish, these vegetables will give you a colourful appearance of the dish and also a nutritional benefits.
After adding vegetables we will add the milk into them. This will be helpful to balance the spice and make the dish with a good texture.The spice level can be increased or decreased according to your taste. It can be served with the boiled rice.
The crop of the coconut grow in many tropical regions of the countries and it is source of oil and food for many industries.In the world there is a large production of the coconut in the Indonesia country. The climate of Indonesia is tropical and it is a best point for the production of the coconut.This is used in many products such as oil and copra.
The another country with the vast production of the coconut is the Philippines. It is known because of their larger production of coconut.Our neighbour country is also included in the cultivation of the coconut. It is very important for the culture of the Indians.
Brazil is also known because of the cultivation of the coconut. The water coconut of Brazil's coconut is sweat in taste and also nutritious.The coconuts are also cultivated in Sri Lanka and it an important part of the food security.
Yes! Coconut is a nutritious fruit that provides many health benefits. The fats in coconut, which are mostly Medium Chain Triglycerides, are very unique compared to other fats.
