The scientist who is often known as the father of medicine is "Hippocrates". He was a Greek physician who was known as the most extraordinary in the medicine history. His birth place was island of kos in the year of around 460 BC and he is known as the father of medicine for his revolution in the medicine field through his hard work and practice.One of the most excellent and extraordinary his contributions , the Hippocratic oath, it is code for the physicians that focused the responsibilities and obligations of the doctors towards their patients. In this age, this code considered a principle as a guidance in the medical professions.He also introduced four humors which describes that our body is made up of four types of fluids and imbalance in these fluids can cause disease.He also emphasized on the significance of taking a healthy diet, regular exercise and maintenance in health.

Can egg yoke increase blood pressure?Myth or true.

The yolks contains nutrients such as
vitamin A,
vitamin K,
vitamin D
vitamin E
minerals like
Selenium
iron.
These nutrients and minerals are are important for the maintenance of over all well being.
In the previous years it was thought that the egg yolks increase the blood pressure as it contains dietary cholesterol. The yolks if eggs are rich in dietary cholesterol . It was believed that the foods which contain cholesterol can cause to raise the cholesterol levels which can ultimately results in high blood pressure. But now recent studies show that the dietary cholesterol has a small impact blood cholesterol levels.

The eggs are essential to maintain over all health and also possess essential nutrients and minerals that are important for our health. The eggs also contain proteins ,fats and also minor amounts of carbohydrates. The vitamin B12 is important for the nerve functioning and synthesis of DNA which is present in egg.
