Morning

Today morning I got up at 7 AM. I did my basic hygiene. I had a cup of tea liquor without sugar. I went to garden and water the plants. I started writing a post for another community.

I had my breakfast with roti, omlate and milk. I had my medicines. I finished writing and published the post at 11:00 AM. I read the newspaper for an hour.

Afternoon

I took a shower. My lunch was ready. I had lunch with bitter leaves (Neem) bringle, bottle gourd and vegetables fish curry. I took a nap. At 2:30 PM I checked my blood glucose count with glucometer. It was found to be 132.

I decided to visit church today. There were day long activities including road procession. I attended the Good Friday service. I had a pleasant time spent in the church.

I went to Behala Club ground where a football tournament was supposed to start today. It is first year of the tournament. Many clubs of locality and teams of Suburban will perticipate. Final will be held on Sunday .

It already started when I reached. It was the first match ended in tie. So try breaker took place and it was equal goals scored by both the team. Finally the match winner decided by toss. Each participating teams were given a memento.

I returned home. I had a cup of tea with biscuit.

Night

Again I went to church. Church is decorated with miniature lights and I attended Novena to the Devine Mercy in the evening.

Weather has become sultry. It is nor'wester highly desirable to make the climate comfortable. I returned home.

I started writing the post. My dinner was ready. I had roti and paneer sabji in dinner. I took my medicines at bedtime.
