✍️How many seconds in one year?
Answer:👇
There are 31,536,000 in a non -leap year
While there are 31,622,400 in a leap year
Details:
- We have 60 seconds in 1 minute.
- We have 60 minutes in 1 hour.
- We have 24 hours in a day.
- We have 365 days in a year, except for leap years, in which we have 366 days a year there.
Therefore, let's get straight to the calculation:
- 60 seconds/minute × 60 minutes/hour = 3600 seconds/hour
- 3600 seconds/hour × 24 hours/day = 86400 seconds/day
- 86400 seconds/day × 365 days/year = 31,536,000 seconds/year
In this regards, there are approximately 31,536,000 seconds in a non-leap year and 31,622,400 seconds in a leap year.
✍️Calculate your current age in seconds.
I'm currently 29 year's old born of 1995,
Non-leap year;
31,536,000 seconds/year × 29 years = 914,064,000 seconds,
Leap year (including the extra days);
31,622,400 seconds/year × 29 years = 916,809,600 seconds,
Therefore, my current age (29) is approximately as follows;
Answer = 914,064,000 seconds (non-leap year base on calculation),
Answer = 916,809,600 seconds (leap year) with the addition of extra days, so this is the exact seconds in 29 year.
