Assalamualaikum... Hello everyone...
How are you all.. i hope you all are good and enjoying your life. Today i am here again to share with you guys my general knowledge and i hope you all like it. Before writing the whole post i want to thanks @sahar78 for organizing such an amazing contests. And i love to take participate in her all contest. Theses general knowledge Contests are my favorite ones.
So let's start
Here we have three questions to answer according to our general knowledge.
FATHER TO MEDICINE
⚫ Hippocrates is known for father to medicine. As he has wrote so many books on the disease. He also mention the treatment for these diseases in his books. His observation are based on scientific knowledge and methidinot on the basis of religious or magical beliefs.
He was also a greek physician and philosopher.
EGG YOLK INCREASES BLOOD PRESSURE??
⚫ So this question is that egg yolk increases the blood pressure or not. Us this myth or true. So the answer to this question is no because the egg yolk doesn't have any impact of lowering or increasing blood pressure. However it contains some potassium and calcium which indirectly lowerz the blood pressure. So its totally a myth that egg yolk increases the blood pressure. For this questuon i also take help from google and i come yo know that there are some researches over it and they tell us that eating more than one egg doesn't have any impact on causing any diseases like that.
HOW MUCH CALORIES EGG CONTAINS
⚫ Different eggs have different calories like. It is raw or it is fried or it is boiled. So here i want to tell the different calories if different type cooked and raw egg. A simple Normal medium size egg contains about 66 calories. While a good size raw egg contains 143 calories. Same as a boiled egg contains 155 calories and a fried egg contains 196 calories. Same as an omelette contains 154 calories.
