Obviously, before I wrote a single sentence of this article, I had run the washing machine, made a cup of tea, answered emails, looked at Facebook and read two blogs.

Before I could sit down to write, the washing machine had stopped, so I had a chance to go further. Of course, the washed clothes now had to be hung to dry, and when I went out to put the clothes on the wire, I had to water the plants.

There is no harm in this procrastination because as you can see I wrote this article and sent it on time.

We all work cheaply to some extent, but this becomes a problem when you know that not finishing work on time will be a loss, but you still keep on delaying.

If the habit of procrastination and laziness develops, it can have a detrimental effect on your health, you will be permanently depressed, you will eat more unhealthy foods while postponing exercise, and Even when the symptoms of a disease appear, they are reluctant to go to the doctor.

So can any research in the field of psychology free us from this habit and inspire us to work on time? I can give you some tips, some tips in this regard.

Don't rely on willpower alone.
