It feels good to join this week's amazing contest, the topic is so important! And I couldn't resist it because meditation is something I've done on daily basis and I've benefitted a lot from it.
Do you feel anxious, worried, and tense; are you stressed? Then meditation can wipe your daily stress away, brings you inner peace, and help to restore your calm. Note meditation is not expensive and you can practice it wherever you are!
Meditation is the state of calming our mind and trying to restore our inner peace by eliminating the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding our minds and cause us stress. The process of Meditation enhanced both our physical and emotional well-being.
The benefits of meditation can't be over-emphasized it gives us a sense of calm and helps us to be emotionally balanced and gain a new perspective on any stressful situations.
it helps us to develop skills on how to manage stress, and increase self-awareness.
It helps us to be focused in life, to reduce negative emotions, and increased creativity, patience, and tolerance.
It helps in lowering high blood pressure and improving sleep, goodness the list can go on and on and on.
By Reading The Bible every day:
As a Christian I used to find a quiet and comfortable place every day to read the bible, after reading I used to spend some time reflecting on what I read, thinking of ways I can use what I read to improve my spiritual life, yes how I can apply what I read.Engaging In Prayer To God:
Each time I'm anxious or worried about a particular thing I can't change, or if I'm in a dilemma, I normally pour out my heart to the Almighty God, throwing up my burdens to him, and asking him to help me out and give me his peace that excels all human understandings. This normally works for me because I used to feel relieved after the prayer 🤲.
- Practicing Of Deep Breathing And Yoga:
I Downloaded a particular phone application that taught me deep breathing, and it comes with different rhythms, I listen as I breathe in and out through my nostrils and sometimes mouth, if I wander I return my focus to my breathing.
Yoga: I've downloaded so many yoga postures and how to perform them on YouTube videos, and I used to practice these postures at least 3 days a week.
I used to suffer from High blood pressure during pregnancy and after giving birth, I didn't want to manage it with normal routine drugs so that my system will not get used to it, so what helps me is meditation, it has helped me to be calm, relaxed and have good sleep now my blood pressure has returned to normal, and I don't experience frequent migraines. I get to know myself very well and how to relieve stress, the yoga postures have helped me to be more flexible! Lastly, I used to remain happy all through the day after meditation.
A simple, but effective practice of Meditation can help us to take care of our mental and emotional health. It helps us to be calm, relaxed, and happy, you need to try doing meditation. Meditation improves our health , But I was unaware about the benefit of blood pressure improvement. Here are many patients of blood pressure, I will surely recommend them for meditation.

Yeah dear me also suffering from unproper sleep , anxious and worried. Before engaging this post i was unaware from meditation. I will surely try to follow meditation. In term of Yoga , we have waste fields for some walks.
