Hello @ sahar78, I greet you from Indonesia. I am quite interested in the contest you are holding. Sharing my general knowledge in week 28, it's always fun and interesting to say that we can share the knowledge we know with others, as well as this participation post.
The theme of knowledge that we will share is about coconut, a type of plant that is said to be a plant that is still in the Palmae family. The place where I teach this type of plant is also included in the discussion of the material that I convey to my students, and I call it an economical plant. This refers to the benefits of coconut as a beneficial plant, which can be utilized and used from the stem, leaf, leaf bone/leaf midrib, to the head.
In Indonesia coconut is a type of plant that is very easy to find, even being one of the plants that are cultivated to take its benefits. The fertility of coconut trees to grow easily in Indonesia is caused by climatic factors in Indonesia. Where this plant thrives in humid tropical climates and is easily found in areas along the equator.
No less important, the head fruit is also proven to have many benefits. It is not only the fruit that is consumed but also used for other benefits. Among other things, it is processed into fresh drinks, processed into body care ingredients, and made into absorption drugs in physical or chemical phenomena.
Whatever is contained in the fruit of the head, so this fruit is rich in benefits, here is an explanation that can explain to you all.

For processed foods, coconut is widely used as a raw material for making soup food. This is because the coconut head is processed into coconut milk, and used as one of the raw materials for making food. In Indonesia, many heads are directly enjoyed in coastal areas, and of course, it is very refreshing to enjoy.
Some of my favorite coconut-based meal preparations are :
Sie Itek sauce in local ingredients, or duck meat sauce. This Meal is quite well known in the province where I live. Almost all Kuah Kuah food dishes are made from coconut milk, and one of them is the soup sie itek that I mentioned earlier.
Boh Rom-Rom. Is a kind of food cake on the skin of the cake, in the use of grated coconut as a topping of the food.
