SEC-S14 W5 "Job or Business what's your Preference?"
Hello all steemit friends wherever you are, good afternoon and best wishes always to everyone... On this occasion I am back to participate in a contest held by the Steem For Pakistan Community in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 14 Week 5 with the contest theme: "Job or Business what's your Preference?"
In the life we live, work and business are the two things we most often encounter. In my opinion, these two things cannot be separated because they are interrelated. Work and business are two different concepts but are often used interchangeably. However, there are of course various differences between work and business. Work is something that refers to a person's routine activities. Business refers to the activities carried out by a person as the owner of the business he owns.
Currently I have a routine job as a civil servant at a high school in the city of Lhokseumawe. I have worked as an educator for almost eighteen years. I just focused on the job without ever thinking about doing business. That way, I am confident and believe that the work I am doing will be a blessing for me and my family. But just like in a business, doing any job, of course I have to be able to manage the monthly budget well. I always manage my salary every month with good planning to meet all my family's needs.
In carrying out any job or business, education or skills are an important thing that must be considered. It is impossible to undertake a job if you do not have adequate education or skills. Like the work I do as a teacher or educator. I had to attend teacher training for almost five years to gain teaching skills. Education or skills are very important to get a good job and earn enough income.
Until now I feel comfortable with my job as an educator. Although sometimes boredom arises when carrying out routine work. However, I consider this to be something normal, because whatever work we do, there will definitely be feelings of boredom within us. I also don't intend to become a successful entrepreneur or a boss. Because all of this requires talent within each person, otherwise there is a high possibility of failure. I don't have the talent to be such a successful entrepreneur.
There are many stories of someone's success in life that can be used as inspiration. As a teacher, I also have an example that I often use as a role model. Some of my previous teachers when I was at school were examples for me to emulate. In the business world, there are also many stories of entrepreneurs that can be used as motivation to achieve success. With hard work, tireless struggle and never giving up, these entrepreneurs managed to achieve success.

Job or business these two things we do for our livelihood. It is possible to get a job. But it is quite difficult to set up a business after completing your studies. Budgeting is very important to adjust the expenses with our monthly or daily income. Budgeting plays a major role in avoiding unnecessary expenditure in the current inflationary times. Education and skills are considered as the ladder of success nowadays. You started teaching and took 5 years of training to acquire skills.
