Why is time management important in achieving personal goals or in our lives?

Personal goals setting and leading a successful life revolve around time management, for many reasons; this is because it fosters efficiency: Time management enables one to achieve the maximum value out of his/her time through scheduling, prioritizing and avoiding or reducing on normal activities hence exhibiting higher efficiency towards the accomplishment of lots of goals and objectives.

The wise use of time in Strategic Management facilitates the setting of SMART goals which stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals. If one would devote some of theirtime to these goals, one would be able to determine if they are on the right track or not.

To most individuals, a improper time management usually implies that they have to postpone their activities and finally end up cramming an activity which contributes to stress and anxiety. While applying appropriate amount of time to those activities it is possible to avoid such intention costs of stress and work-life conflict but that everybody should bear in mind that when speaking about mastering time, it is critical for achieving personal goals, leading healthy life and maximizing personal potential in different spheres of life.

What are some common time management techniques you use to manage your time on Steemit and in other activities?

When it comes to Steemit any time I'm writing a post i make sure that I have like 2 hours and I do set specific and achievable goals for my time on Steemit and my other activities and it helps me stay focused and motivated.

And i do take short breaks between work sessions to avoid burnout and maintain productivity.

How does poor time management affect our productivity on Steemit and stress levels?

The effect of poor time management on Steemit’s productivity and heightening stress is this; Missed Opportunities: When you don’t manage your time well, you may fail to lead your posts on Steemit at most opportune times.

That in turn means decreased engagement, fewer upvotes and therefore reduced visibility.Inefficient Workflow:

Inadequate timing management often results into disorganized workflow which makes one spend more time than required in doing any activity. That leads to lower productivity since one might find it hard to pick and get through activities swiftly in a Steemit perspective.

Time is money" What do you think about that phrase?

I believe that time is money, people put lots of emphasis on the time factor which should be considered to be more valuable than money and this phrase says that people should make the most of their time because they only have a limited amount of it but the time that they have is a very precious thing and there are cases when use of timecarelessly can result to certain loss of opportunity or other sources of revenue.

Yet, we cannot forget that apart from its monetary worth, time has inherent importance like personal development, relationships and fun for instance.
